It is also a plastic part, but it may be an injection molded part or a molded part, which can only be judged from the molding process and its details. The injection molded part is a workpiece that is transferred by thermosetting plastic, and the molded part is a molded part. Obviously, this is two different processes, so the injection molded part and the molded part cannot be the same.
First, let's take a look at the characteristics of this molding process. The thermosetting plastic transfer molding process is to close the mold before feeding, so that the plastic raw material is heated and melted in a separate feeding chamber; then it is pressed at high speed by the casting system of the mold under pressure. Into the cavity, continue to be heated and compressed in the mold and solidified.
It can be seen that the transfer molding of the thermosetting plastic used in the injection molded part is first molding and then casting, and the molding of the molded part is firstly added and then closed, and heated and pressed in the cavity. Moreover, the former has a casting system, and the latter does not have a pouring system; in addition, the gas in the molding process of the transfer mold is not easily excluded in the cavity, so it is necessary to open a venting groove, and the molding is not necessary.
Seeing the weight of the injection molded parts, this has a lot to do with the injection molding process, the mold and many technical parameters; and in the case of continuous production of non-variable parameters, the most important influence on the weight stability of the product should be the temperature. And includes the temperature of the mold, the temperature of the hydraulic oil, the temperature of the barrel, and the like.
