Demolding slope: (a) When the precision of plastic parts is high, there is a higher and larger size, and a smaller demolding slope should be used; (b) The plastic parts have complex shapes and are not easy to de-mold. If the shrinkage rate of plastic parts is large, a larger slope value should be selected; (c) When the wall of the plastic part is thick, the molding shrinkage will increase, and the demolding slope should adopt a larger value; (d) Requirements After demolding, the plastic part is kept on one side of the core, or the reinforced plastic part should take a larger value, then the demolding slope of the inner surface of the plastic part can be selected to be smaller than that of the outer surface.
